Founder Glenda Toth wanted a way to dress up her 7 Greyhounds and keep them in season without breaking the bank. After spending over $200 on collars for just one holiday, Glenda figured there had to be a better way. Where can she get beautiful collars made for her dogs at a reasonable price? She knew there was only one answer, and that was to make them herself!

Her handmade Martingale collars quickly became popular among Greyhound loving friends and family, and soon after, Collar Closet was born.

As Collar Closet grew, so did its product line. They continue to hand-craft Martingale collars, but has expanded into buckle collars, customized tag collars, and cat collars all available in multiple sizes and fabrics to suit any four legged friend! The Collar Closet staff has recently expanded as well. Glenda's son, Louis is also part of the Collar Closet, keeping it family owned and operated.
